
Nearly 1,600 students, teaching staffs, government officials and U.N. development agencies officials from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations Industrial Organization (UNIDO) participate in the opening ceremony of the Rajin Business Institute (RBI) and the Rajin Business Information Center (BIC) on Sep. 24.
Among the participants are Chong Yong Taek, President of Rajin University; Ms. Kirsten Jorgensen, deputy resident representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Pyongyang; Mr. V. Suvaganam, UNIDO Country Director in China; Mr. Li Hak Gwon, deputy director general of General Bureau of Cooperation with International Organizations (GBCIO) from DPRK External Economic Affairs Commission; Mr. Jang Gwang Ho, Executive Director of Committee for the Promotion of External Economic Cooperation (CPEEC) and Mrs. Choe Hung Ryon, vice chairperson for Education of the Rajin Sonbong Free Trade Zone.
